How do you source and vet candidates?

We prescreen for experience, communication, remote‑work discipline, equipment/internet readiness, and culture fit. Role‑specific skills tests and structured interviews ensure baseline capability; optional client‑authored tasks mimic your real workflows.

Is there a language barrier?

Our remote staff are well‑educated, fluent in English, and speak with a relatively neutral U.S. accent. They’re also highly aligned with Western business culture. We’re happy to schedule sample/test calls so you can assess fit first‑hand.

What’s included in your fee?
